Invitations

Users can create and join multiple organizations (details in the organization section of this guide).

If you're already a member of the platform, you will see a notification on top of your user profile icon on the top right. When you click on your initials, you'll notice the indicator next to "Invitations". To accept the invitation click on the green check mark. To reject the invitation, click on the red X.

If you have not registered on the platform previously, or if you are joining using a different email address than the one used to establish an existing account, you will receive an email invitation.

Click on the link within the email to register:

Complete all of the data fields on the form, including your name (first and last separately), your email address (must match the one used to receive the invitation), create a password, and confirmed that you have reviewed the terms and conditions.

Pressing the Register button will return you to the login page. You can close that browser, as you will soon receive another email, which includes a confirmation link.

Pressing the confirmation link will open the platform in your default browser. Log into the platform using the credentials entered in the registration process.
