Organization Members

Requires XMPT PRO or XMPT ENTERPRISE plan

This page provides a summary of the members of an organization. Member details and privileges can be edited by pressing on the action icon *** next to the individual name.

To invite new members, press the "Invite" button and complete the invitation details in the pop-up window.

On the pop-up window, enter the email address and title of the individual you want to invite to your organization. Titles can be edited, so there is no need to stress over specifics.

You will also have to select a "role" for that person.

Roles determine the specific functionality within the application, defined as follows:

• Member - can create certs, but cannot manage organizational members or finances
• Approver - can create and approve certs, but cannot manage organizational members or finances
• Owner - has full privileges
