Reasons - as the Seller

XMPT's AI Not only refines the user experience and ensure that the documentation being created is valid, the system also allows sellers to customize the type(s) of exemption certificates that they are willing to accept from purchasers.

The panel used to manage the types of certificates that you will accept as the seller is on the bottom of the "Reasons" panel.

The default setting is to allow for all reason types

Should an organization decide that they will only accept resale certificates, they can remove all of the other reasons from the panel and limit the certs that can be generated in the system by their customers.

Some organizations using XMPT have determined that farmers have no use for their products, or that manufacturing isn't possible using their products. In those cases, the category of certs accepted is removed from the panel.

Should an organization decide that a previoulsy removed reason should be reinstated, simply press the + Add button on the top right, select the appropriate reason from the dropdown, and save the additional reason to the profile.
